Provision of the Website and Hosting
Each time you access our website, our system, i.e. the web server, automatically processes information transmitted to us by your internet browser. We require this data for technical purposes in order to display our website, optimise it, and ensure its stability and security:

Google LLC holds an active certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework; Standard Contractual Clauses may also be used. Event data is retained for two months and user data for 14 months. Contact Forms and Contact by Email
If you contact us using a contact form provided on our website or by email, we process the data you provide solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry and communicating with you. Depending on the nature of your enquiry, we process in particular your name, email address or telephone number, as well as the message you submit. Mandatory fields are identified as such and are required in order for us to process your enquiry.
The legal basis for processing your data is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide prompt and direct communication and to process and respond to your enquiry. Where your enquiry is intended to lead to the conclusion or performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR provides an additional legal basis. We delete your personal data no later than one year after your enquiry has been fully dealt with. Where your enquiry relates to a contractual relationship, we may retain your data for the duration of that relationship and for a maximum of ten years thereafter where required by applicable law. Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, without the required information, we may be unable to process your enquiry.
Online Applications
If you apply using the online form on our website or by email, we process the information and documents you provide solely for the purpose of handling your application. With regard to personal data required by law, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Article 22¹ of the Polish Labour Code. With regard to additional data provided voluntarily beyond the scope required by law, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
If you expressly consent, your application may also be considered for other suitable vacancies or added to a talent pool. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. If your application is unsuccessful, your application data will generally be deleted no later than six months after you are notified of the decision, unless statutory retention obligations apply or you have consented to further retention. If your application is successful, we will transfer your application data to your personnel file to the extent permitted by law. Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, the data is required in order to participate in the recruitment process.
